UR22 connection problem

I’ve just bought UR22 few days ago, plan to use it with macbook OS10.9.5.
The installation ran smoothly. My computer recognized it when connected. Its name appear in Audio MIDI Setup.
The driver version is Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver V1.8.3

However when I record voice (microphone) and midi (keyboard), it doesn’t work. No sound from headphone.

I wonder if I missed anything, please kindly advise.

Thank you for prompt reply.

Here they are. I captured the screenshot on CuBase AI. Normally I use Garageband. When I connected, I plugged in my microphone.

Just testing, I installed it in my old mac OS10.6 with driver version 18.1. My old computer found it, but it doesn’t work (in Garageband). Also tried with Audio MIDI Setup in mac for output for both computer, got no sound.

Please let me know if you figure it out.
