Hey I’d like to take a minute to go over my terrible experience with Steinberg
I have a x670e f with 7800x3d and 7900xtx 32 ddr5 at 6k. Kahru tested 8 hours p95 8 hours small fft avx 2
I run multiboot with linux and tried uefi sec boot anyway didnt solve it
Usb 2.0 nope
Im not running jedec to fix this or turning off turbo features
I tried turning off amd graphical features like radeon boost
Reinstalled realtek drivers
Usb power saving in device manager nope
I had the UR22C and it was just a failure.
Aside from the backseat driving some of the support staff seems to think they are doing here by telling people to adjust these silly settings This was my experience
Got me a Presonus Revelator io24 for half price and it sounds just as good and has a DSP. Please don’t drive yourself crazy trying to do counter intuitive things like adjust bios, dump your drivers and ruin your nice PCs performance to compensate for a terrible driver.
