When i use the MK2 with external power adapter , the Ipad charging or not ?

As far as I have heard - nope.
It is possible, but you need the Apple USB3 Camera Connection Kit. It has two ports; one for connecting your USB device, and another for connecting your iPad charger. You should be able to run the iPad and soundcard using just one cable in this way. Certainly works for my Komplete Audio 6.
