UR22 Mkii Very low headphone output

Hey everyone, I hope I can get some help with the problem i am having with my UR22 Mkii.

I have my Mic going in by XLR to the Input #1. All the drivers are installed and everything went smoothly. Plugged into a Macbook via USB. My headphones are going into an extension cable which is going into the headphone output on the UR22. My problem is that the headphone output volume is extremely low no matter what configuration of the knobs. I can barely hear the volume before it starts clipping and even at max volume it is barely audible.

Which DAW? Also you in in dspMixFX headphone output 1 is linked exclusively to MIX1.
Did you try without the extension cable? (just to rule it out)
Do you have phantom power switched on on the interface (red light burning between input 1 & 2)?

I have a 250 Ohm headphone on a UR-44 and it’s still loud enough for mixing so it must be some setting.
