UR22 unable to change sample rate

I need to adjust the sample rate to play Rocksmith 2014 without Lag

as you can see its greyed out

Sample rate doesn’t affect the lag… buffer size?
Open the ASIO panel for the UR22 (Yamaha Steinberg USB driver) to adjust the settings…

Yamaha Steinberg USB driver folder in the Start Menu
only if you installed the driver
