Dear Steinberg Support Team,
I recently purchased the UR22C Recording Pack and am trying to activate my software Basic FX Suite, but I encountered an issue with the Soft-eLicenser.
When I open eLicenser Control Center (eLCC), it shows there is no Soft-eLicenser, preventing me from entering my activation code.
Maybe I should go a different route, considering that elicenser will stop working at the end of May.
Help activate Basic FX Suite.

Please download the latest version of UR-C tools here which includes the latest Basic FX Suite as well:
The eLicenser Control Center is no longer required for the latest FX suite because it works with the new licensing system since late last year. All you got to do is to log in with your Steinberg account and register the suite.

you are barking up the wrong tree…
The eLicenserControlCenter closed earlier this year, you can’t activate products anymore on a Soft eLicenser after May 20th.
Please download and open the Steinberg Activation Manager instead and enter your activation code here.
Afterwards, you can use the Steinberg Download Assistant to download and install your suite.
