Hi!
I had to make a new clean reinstall win10 on my old Dell Optiplex 9020 Computer. The UR22 mk2 was working perfectly, but after the reinstall the firmware installer/ program can not find the UR22 although the USB light in on (not blinking) and the new driver installation seemed to be ok. I am getting high frequency distortion and thinking it could be lack of firmware (?) So of course the cable and everything is the same as what is was before the reinstall. I am not 100 % up to date with the windows updates yet. Have done Dell assistant update. Everything is working on my win11 laptop. Same setup.
