Hi everybody,
I’m using the UR22mkII for about 2 months and now Cubase AI 9.5 does not recognize the device and its inputs anymore… My laptop is running on Windows 10 with all updates. I’ve tried to uninstall the Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver and reinstall the latest one but it doesnt change anything…
Any suggestions?

I’ve had this issue as well. I bought my UR22mkII on 20/01/2018 and on 03/02/18 Cubase stopped recognising the interface, instead trying to use my laptop microphone/speakers as the input/output.
If you’ve found a solution to the issue I’d very much appreciate any help.
