ur22mkii is not working properly on Mac os sierra

when i play song sound is hang for second or more.
Is that sound card problem or conflict with Mac Os Sierra???

I have the same trouble on imac27 (late 2015). The card is connected to USB3.0 (I do not have 2.0) and when I’m playing the music (Spotify, iTunes etc. ) time to time, there is “sound cut” for a second. :-/

I have the same problem, with UR44, iMac 2017 (only USB 3 ports, and Thunderbolt 3) and latest Sierra version (10.12.6).
