I have got a standalone 5 volt adapter.
Not sure what it could it be if you have ruled out drivers, usb power settings, and also problems with bus and audio signal. I had the same model several years back but sold it when I upgraded to the UR824 and don’t remember having the same ongoing issues. I mainly used it with Windows 7 though and some earlier version of the drivers.
Yeah, well I am also using it for more than ten years.
Probably it is time to upgrade it.
