ur22MKII - windows 10 - low audio -

Hi everyone, i’ve just bought an ur22MKII and i have big problem with the sound in general.

The ur22MKII works but the output and input levels are extremely low and it miss some low frequencies. I followed the installing procedure and everything seems to went well. Sometimes it also drop the sound.

I’ve searched some solution on this forum and i figured it out that can be an issue about USB 2.0 and USB 3.0, or something wrong with the drivers, so i’ve tryied to connect it to different input but the results it’s the same, about drivers i’ve installed the cd i’ve found inside so i think it could work.

Does anyone know the right procedure to install it and make it work properly??, otherwise i think i’ve just spent for nothing------ :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:

I have the exact same issue. I used audio technica pro 70 with Steinberg UR12. I’m still unable to figure it out.
Instead of CD i downloaded the latest driver form the site but no results. Still low audio signal.
I even double checked that phantom power is ON :frowning:

I am still exploring it…
