I’m using a Steinberg UR242 which I haven’t used with my laptop for a while. I have it plugged in via USB now and it’s not turning on. Totally dead. I’ve tried switching out USB cables, no dice. I only have two cables and neither of them work. Are my USB ports dead or underpowered, am I using old USB 1.0 cables and not aware of it, or is the unit just totally dead?
Any advice would be much appreciated. Using an early 2013 Macbook Pro.
