UR28M (Connection lost) why ?

HI

Im new to UR 28m but I experience that the software mixer turns gray…and a message comes up saying :
" The USB port is used by another application ??
Then I have to pull the cable out and in again on the UR28m and then the mixer comes back to life so to speak…
My PC is brand new !
Is it because I use the wrong USB port ?
Or do I have to configure the port or ??
I uses the newest software !

You can’t use dspMixFx when Cubase is using the driver. Cubase takes over the control over the driver. This is by design.
