UR28M had wouldn't start

Hi, I just want to ask, what happened to my ur28m technically because it wasn’t able turning on…

As usual I click power button and the light in the button start on, but it did not happen anything else…
It should be the internal LED start to blinking and the other button is on, but nothing happened…
Can’t turn off it again… I unplug the adaptor, still same thing happened… twice…

I unplug all connected cable (instruments, speaker, and usb to computer) then finally it become normal again…
Can somebody explain to me what just happened?

FYI : I just upgrade my computer to mac mini, all USB 3.0 and OSX Yosemite 10.10.3, but during a week it is alright…
Firmware and driver is the latest update

To turn the unit off you need to press the power button and hold it down for 3 seconds.

I knew it… I have this thing for many years…
The question is, I got the moment when the ur28m wouldn’t start normally, the power button on (lighter) but nothing else happen… example, the output ABC should be turn on (green light)
