hi please help
my ur28m has started dropping out the sound every 30 seconds or so the sound dissapears for a few seconds
this happens even when inputting in stand alone mode using both using xlr cables and spidif cable.
i have installed latest drivers and reistalled
also tried changing buffer size
any advice please it is a few years old but hasnt had that much use

I try also connect spdif and xlr but continue the same

Windows 10 - 64 bits
Asus Prime Z390A
i5 9400F - 2.9 Ghz
16GB Ram
Cubase 11
UR 28M
Maybe trying another USB connecting cable might work?
And also … how have you isolated the problem to the UR28M, as opposed to something in Cubase, etc.?
