I recently took the plunge and updated from os to Tahoe 26.2 on my 2020 MacBook Pro (i5)
Dspmixfx can recognise when I plug my soundcard in and remove it, but my laptop doesn’t recognise it at all.
It’s the UR44 model not the UR44c one.
I’ve tried:
Every USB port with different cables.
Completely removing all of the steinberg software and folders.
Reinstall with the latest TOOL download
Tried downloading a BETA driver from this forum but it says ‘cannot be opened on this computer’
I’ve gone into audio midi settings in my MacBook but it doesn’t even see it as an option.
With the dspmixfx plugin recognising it - and the flashing light stopping once I plug it into my laptop it means I can confirm it’s getting so far.
So my question is is this discontinued and I simply just need to buy a new soundcard after 12 years of use!?
