UR44 Yama USB Driver is not being activated on opening Nuendo

The UR44 is working properly in Wavelab - all channels are available and working.

So this has to be a Nuendo Problem
The Yamaha USB drivers are not being loaded.
Only The Steinberg ASIO drive - which only allows a stereo out - that doesn’t work in Nuendo. Silence.

Studio Setup - Audio System

Nuendo automatically updated content for Groove Agent SE
And reset the Studio Setup ( which I’ve not had to do for years )
