I bought UR44C (yes, old, but gold and needed exactly this piece), everything works as expected except Basic FX Suite activation.
I’ve got this situation - Error message: Activation Code for Basic FX Suite license has been used already – Steinberg Support, but cannot request replacement activation code because the button I hit leads to Cubase page, not the support or activation request page.
How to request replacement code? By e-mail? Who should I write to?
Have you already registered the device within your MySteinberg account? Maybe they only provide replacement codes to verified owners.
When I clicked on the button a couple of minutes ago, I had to log in and directly got an email with the replacement code.

Somehow I got to the old reactivation page and understood what to do.
Strange is that the reactivation page showed me the Soft-eLicenser I never seen before. Therefore I didn’t understood what to do, because it also showed Basic FX Suite Rev.2. I just wrote my Soft-eLicenser ID and got new activation code in the page, not by email.
