Hi all, the right headphone jack on my UR816C has stopped working, and I’m unsure if it’s a software or hardware issue. Any help would be appreciated. I believe it occurred after my last software update.

this might as well have something to do with your routing or audio connections.
Can you please upload screenshots of your Audio Outputs and/or Control Room (if activated) under the tab Studio/Audio Connections?
What exactly do you do to monitor your signal via the 2nd headphone jack?

CHeck your dspmix software if the 2e phones is activated in your mix 1

Please check the manual…often that is needed to understand the interface+software.
The dspfxmix software is needed for most adjustments.
