UR824 Headphones and Studios

Hello all,
is there a “connection” between the Cubase Studio Headphone channels and the two headphone jacks on the interface, or are the headphone jacks on the interface only for direct monitoring.

The ur824 has 8 analog outputs. Are the two headphone outputs additional output chanels (9 and 10)?

What I see from my UR824 control panel, Headphone output is always associated to one of the Mix. There are 4 different mixes can be set, each headphone output can be associated to any of the mix (through the control panel). The headphone outputs are not an additional output in the DAW (I’m using Reaper).
