Every time i enter my information i get “Either you haven’t selected a product or the serial number you have entered does not match the selected product.”
Yet, I am positive I am entering the correct product and serial number. I am even using uppercase like on the serial number because I thought maybe it was case sensitive, but it did no good.
I don’t understand.
