I would like to express my regret that you, as customers of our AXR4 audio interfaces, feel that your needs have not been sufficiently considered.
We are working simultaneously on many different updates for many different product families. A release for a specific product family does not mean that updates for another product family will not be offered.
As you know, when developing our various audio interfaces, we have always taken care to use components that are optimally matched to the specific application. However, this also means that there are few synergy effects between the various product families in some respects. In this respect, effects or features that have been developed for a particular product family cannot simply be transferred to another product family without further development time.
Please be assured that we are also working on future updates for the AXR interfaces. Unfortunately, I cannot make a clear statement regarding a release date now.
