For all of you Yamaha URX44 & Ableton Live 12 users out there:
If you are trying to use the URX44 in Ableton Live 12
With Native Instruments Kontrol “S” series and/ or Maschine MK3…
Running Maschine 3 alongside Ableton Live 12 will not work
The “Steinberg USB AISO” driver fails in Windows 11 when trying to run both
the DAW and Maschine 3 at the same time
You can only run one or the other.
The workaround:
Start Ableton live 12 and use the Maschine Plugins
Otherwise, you can create a project in MASCHINE 3
and then save it to your desktop, and then after you close down Maschine 3,
you can open Ableton Live 12 and drag the Maschine project into your timeline

I was scratching my head for two days and came to this conclusion
I hope someone can come up with a new USB AISO driver that works with
all instances of DAW’s at the same time on the same Windows computer
