USB audio interface clicks, pops, distorted sound

i’m ussing cubase 10.5 pro
my gear: ASUS vivo book 15 (laptop), core i7 8th gen, 16gb ram, windows 10 pro
Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 G3 USB audio interface.
PROBLEM : click and pops, distorted sound and blue screens (not very frequently)
the audio interface works just fine on other PC i have tried.
THINGS I HAVE TRIED: disable every audio device and drivers (realtek audio etc…), disable USB selective suspention, reinstall Focusrite drivers, restoring PC, bios update, chipset update and even sent the PC to ASUS labs.

it is really frustrating, don’t know what to do anymore.

Blue screen points mostly to the hardware issues. Can you test your hardware system, please?

For clicks, pops, distortion, try to increase your Audio Device Buffer Size, please. You can also test your system by using LatencyMon utility.
