That’s the Mackie driver. They haven’t signed it in a way that is allowable under current policy. This is not a Steinberg/Cubase problem.
If Mackie doesn’t have a new driver for you (it does not appear that they do) then your options are
- Use a device with updated driver signing
- Remove the April 2026 policy enforcement.

IMPORTANT. You MUST de-bitlocker your drives before you follow those instructions. Otherwise, after disabling secure boot, even though it’s temporary, you will be met with a bitlocker recovery screen. If that happens, you can retrieve your bitlocker recovery key online only if you use a Microsoft Account to log into the PC. If you use a local account, and did not save a copy of your bitlocker key to a usb key or similar, then all your data on the drive is gone forever.
