Use cubase plugins in other DAWs

Hi,
Is it possible to use all the Cubase plugins, instruments and effects in other DAWs, specifically Reaper. Reaper finds Retrologue and Padshop, but not any of the other vsts. If it’s possible where the I find the DLLs?

No, this is not possible. To be able to use the Instruments in the 3rd party DAWs you need the Pro version of the VSTi, so Padshop Pro, Retrologue Pro, etc. You can buy it even in one package: Absolute 2 Collection.
