Hello, I would like to ask how to export user settings or backup? I have set a lot of key Commands and I am afraid that it will be lost. Or how do I transfer it if I buy a new mac in the future?
All your user settings - key commands, default options, preferences, Playback Templates, project Templates, etc can be found at:
~/Library/Application Support/Steinberg/Dorico 4/
(where ~ is your user domain.)

Yes. The only thing to watch out for is that if the username isn’t identical the auto-save path (in preferences.xml will need manual editing).
