unfortunately I am not knowing about the nektar keyboard and its settings. I understand you have connected it to your computer via USB - right? I suggest you have a deep dive into the manual of the nektar and establish the settings suggested there (I do hope that there is a manual for the device).
You will manage it, I am sure!
