Using F3 will not open mixconsolo

Hi Can someone help me with this – I F3 will not open mix consolo

Is it still assigned in key commands list?

If you’re on a Mac, you have to press the Globe button on your keyboard. It’s the same as the FN button on Windows/generic keyboards.

Personally, I didn’t like having to press the globe button, so I switched it in Mac Settings so that I have to press the globe for the other functions… brightness, desktop, volume, etc

Yes it is on a windows pc , for now I am using mix consolo 2

Look for a key labeled ‘fn’
Pressing that and F3 should work.
There is often a lock for the ‘fn’ key to toggle between the F keys and other functions, such as volume, etc.
I have seen the ’Esc’ key have a function that locks the fn keys… so pressing fn plus Esc would lock/unlock the function keys. Sometimes it’s on the number pad. It will depend on your keyboard

This question wasn’t answered.
On Windows, F3 should be sufficient (unless it’s been changed by the user - which is the question).

Hi Didn’t work But when I hit F3 and go to the bottom of the taskbar I see this

Do you use 2 displays?? maybe it’s on the other display.

/I’m newbie on cubase

You could be on to something…
If so, the fix is select the icon for the app and hit ⎇ alt+space and then M. That’ll select Move for that window. Now use your keyboard arrow to move the window in the proper direction to the active monitor
