Hey folks. I’m going to buy a MG12XU mixer and I would like to use it as usb interface with Cubase 9, but I wonder, will I be able to see all 12 channels separately in the input buses or just the master output of the mixer?
Stereo master only.
For a little more money Soundcraft Signature 12MTK has full multitrack recording and playback.

As does the Presonus StudioLive AR 12 USB, which also has another awesome feature - direct recording to an SD card so it’s also a portable recording studio! Furthur up the price spectrum though, and the only thing that stopped me buying one as my small gig mixer was the lack of live compressors. It comes with a copy of Studio One too.
