Using midi keyboard mapping with cubasis 3

Many midi keyboard controllers such as Arturia, Roland, Novation and many others have a midi mapping template for Cubase. Can a future update on Cubasis 3 be implemented to make use of the Cubase mapping template found on these midi keyboards.
