Using Mod Wheel to specify velocity.

Hi all,

I’m trying to find a way to use the mod-wheel or other MIDI CC to control the velocity of note input.

MIDI Transformer seems to only work with fixed values, and of course the Logical Editor only works once something has already been recorded.

Set the velocity to a fixed input value, something around the middle like 64, then use the Vel. Shift assigned to a QC. Use the GR to learn your mod wheel to control the QC with Vel. Shift assigned. With this setup forward on the wheel will increase velocity, down will lower velocity.
