Using Multiple Fader Controllers in Cubase 14

Hey y’all,

So I’ve recently switched over from a Reaper setup on Windows to using Cubase on a Mac. Previously I was using a P1-M controller with reaper and everything worked fine for the most part, but since switching I also acquired a Launchcontrol XL3. I’ve got them both working individually, but when plugged in at the same time, they both control the same 8 channels.

Is there any way I can set this up to assign specific channels to each controller? Ideally I’d like to have individual tracks on the Launchcontrol and busses on the P1-M but I’d be happy with channels 1-8 on one controller than 9-16 on the other.

Hi and welcome to the forum,

How do you integrate them in Cubase? Do you use their own components? Or do you use MIDI Remote?

To be able merge them to one device, you would need to use the very same component for both devices.
