Hi All, I was wondering if any of you use the “VB Matrix VASIO-8” driver to connect with the matrix.
That piece of software is awesome BUT !
The driver hang after 15mins. All the time… no exception. Nuendo can be idle or i can be working on it … It always hangs…
Nuendo Still runs, meters are modulating, but no modulation in the matrix.
Anyone ?
Pressing “re-start audio engine” on the matrix resolves the problem. But 15mins later the problem comes back.

I can only share, that on my old rusty 4790k System VB Audio Matrix runs all day long with Nuendo.
Are you using extreme low latency?

Yes my settings are all 48k24b with my RME AES32 as master, and every other devices at the same settings…
I’m at 512 sample buffer size cause I use Atmos setup…

Release Asio driver in background is also not ticked, as a last shot in the dark?
I was thinking more about the unticked box for “Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device”. I would make sure there are no restrictions / exclusive control over any device or software in your setup.
