VCA - Context Menu AND/OR key commands

Please add the following to Context Menu AND/OR key commands:

1. “add vca to selected channels”

2. “Combine Automation of VCA and Connected Channel”
   
   
   
   Unfortunately we never got those into the context menu. Additionally we never got a clear statement on just what is expected to be included in the VCA implementation.

That’s bwhat the expand button is for.
