The velocity line only appears for the note I have selected. Is this correct behavior? Is there a way to show all the velocity lines for all the notes in the drum editor?

It shows the Velocity of the selected Pitch only. It’s like this by purpose, because the expectation is, you would have kind of “polyphonic” MIDI data, where every single line (pitch) is own dedicated sound in the Drum Map. And the use case is to change the volume of the dedicated sound only.
I’m not aware of any settings, where you could change this. Sorry.
While there is no default to show all velocities, you can use the shift key along with the select tool to see the combined velocities of the different drum notes. I use this when comparing different types of percussion that’s usually linked on a real kit such as the toms.
