Sorry to hear that you’re struggling, John. Are you updating from Dorico 4, or from Dorico 3.5 or earlier?
In the meantime, I’ve extended your Dorico Pro 5 verification period for another 30 days to get you up and running. Click “refresh” in Steinberg Activation Manager and your license will be refreshed.

Can you send me, in a private message (click my name above this message and then click Message in the pop-up that appears), some details about what update you have purchased from our online shop? My guess is that you have possibly bought the wrong update, perhaps the one that is valid for Dorico 4, not the one that is valid for Dorico 3.5 and earlier.
