Are there Engraving Options for defining the distance from the notehead of the buzz roll tremolo sign? I’m unable to find it through normal means (search field in the dialog, online manual).
I don’t think there is an engraving option for that: the buzz roll tends to be automatic centred on the line, for better readability.
You can change the Y offset in the Properties panel (also selecting multiple notes) but due to its shape it is tricky to move them all together satisfactorily for the different pitches so that they are good readable:
You can also select the bus roll in Engrave mode and move it with the moving shortcuts, but with multiple selections it behaves unevenly:

The main issue is with whole notes (semibreves) where the Z is way too close to the notehead.
Strange, for me with default settings does seem at a decent distance.
Have a look at Engraving Options > Tremolos > Single-notes tremolos > Distance between inside of tremolo and innermost notehead. It influences also the buzz rolls:

Yes.
The issue seems to be with single-line staves and whole notes.
See your last note (high B) and how it doesn’t respect the 2 spaces you asked it for.
Fortunately engrave mode will help here.
