In WL 8 and earlier, vertical zoom with the zoom wheel also showed a vertical scroll bar.

So if I zoomed way in I could then raise or lower the zoom bar to center the zoom, say from 0-100hz. This is particularly useful when in spectrum view at high resolutions.

In WL 9, I can use the zoom wheel to zoom in but cannot adjust the vertical scroll bar to zoom into 0-100hz. No vertical scroll bar shows up. Is there a better way to accomplish this?

I think this was the same in WaveLab 8. But what you are looking for (scroll bar), is only available when you select the Linear frequency scale, not the log scale.

Adding log scale would be a nice feature.
