Hello there! I attached a video to my Dorico 3.5 project, and the video audio isn’t playing at all. I already checked the mixer and the audio is turned up and not muted- in the mixer it looks like no sound is playing from the video at all. Thanks in advance!
Just a guess: check that the sample rates (44.1K vs. 48K) are the same for the video and the Dorico file.
How do I do that?
You can check the sample rate Dorico thinks it’s using in Edit > Device Setup. It might be worth changing the filename of your video file and trying to attach it again: giving it a new name will cause Dorico to reconsider it, and re-extract its soundtrack at the current sample rate, which should allow it to play back.
Still not working- can’t figure it out. 
The video is playing fine but there is just no audio.
Can you share a link to the video file so that I can try it for myself?
