Fixed: The window of video 1 always stays in the front of all other windows.

Oh, that’s strange. 
Opening VST Live, Cubase or Nuendo 12 (using Windows 11) videostreams in Microsoft Edge immediately freeze and VLC media player videos lose their sound, at least they don’t stop. WaveLab Pro 11 could be started without any problem. Opening a song does not change the behaviour. First when you press the play-button the aforementioned problems occur.
But starting MAGIX Soundforge Pro 16.1 or MAGIX Vegas Pro 20 the videos in Edge and VLC media player move on without any problem. You could even open and play film- or soundclips. Looking at preferences/audio in the MAGIX programs, Microsoft Soundmapper is chosen.

Micha is right. While other applications may mix with other applications, and some ASIO drivers support mixing themselves, it is an implicit property of ASIO that it can be aquired exclusively.
There’s also a setting in Windows Sound Control where you can switch “exclusive” (no time to look it up), but there is no guarantee that it will work. VST Live is a live app and not designed to work with other media (audio, video, MIDI) apps running in parallel.

What do you mean? I can load a 90 minute audio file and see it to the end and play to the end.
If you mean that you cannot see the whole track if it’s longer than 15 min, that is a zoom limitation which will be fixed soon, one after the other. And if that is what you mean, that is just the same as

Please note that we have scroll and zoom improvements such as farther zoom out and autoscroll on our list, but need to prioritize.
