First the video edits. Video needed a few simple changes so I cut and pasted various sections. Exporting the video track left me with the original file before the edits.
Secondly, the audio track that I added wasn’t incorporated into the video.

Cubase doesn’t do either. Sorry.
SB have said they will be adding the needed export options back in at some point (actually, not sure about editing the video…). If you don’t have access to any other option, try a download of DaVinci Resolve 15 (its overkill; but it is free…!
