Anyone know a fix for this issue? First time wanting to import a video into Cubase 11 and received the warning window “Video engine cannot be initialized”. Video wont import.
Fixes I’ve tried so far…
Reinstalled Cubase 11 Pro.
Updated Driver (Nvidia Card).
Checked apps on startup and made sure anything that looks like it should start on boot in on.
Restarted several times.
Checked eternal sound card settings. Focusrite 8i6.
Searched the net and this forum. Several of the previous fixes suggested don’t seem to apply as apparently Cubase 11 does not use Quicktime now and Video isn’t an option in the studio setup window.
Running Windows 10 which is up to date.
