Video engine cannot be initialized

Hi all,
I had recently bought the Cubase 12 Elements.
When I click on File > Import > Video File, it immediately displays the error “Video engine cannot be initialized.” I can click “Continue” or “Cancel”. If I click “Continue”, it lets me select a video in a file browser, but does nothing with that video. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Please make sure that your computer meets the system requirements for Cubase, listed here:

One user was able to solve this by installing “Media Feature Pack for Windows 10 N”.
