video export dialog takes a long time!

Hi! when select Export video, the dialog box x takes a long time !!

what I did :

Delete preferences cubase
Repair permmissions
Re-start the SO

and nothing!

MAC OS Sierra.

Cubase 10.5.10

Hi and welcome,

I don’t know if this is related, but macOS Sierra (10.12) is not officially supported. With Cubase 10.5, macOS 10.14 and 10.15 are supported.

Hi,

Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode, please? That helps more often than Cubase reinstallation.
