With video, is there a preferred or maximum bit rate and video format (mpeg 2, mpeg 4, avi, etc.)?
No, there is no preferred rate or format.
I have started a new project with one video file on one video track. Only one second of the audio portion is created in the next track down. Is there a work around to have the full audio portion of the video file be created?
