Video not working on a MAC

Am finally able to connect and record with two performers (i.e. band mates). But I still get don’t get any video feed from of them. He (the performer) is on a Mac, I’m (studio) on a PC. Don’t have this problem with the other performer, who’s on a PC.

Any thoughts are appreciated. But I’m very happy with the progress made with VST Connect. Thanks, Steinberg people.

I know this is the obvious thing, but is the (correct) camera selected? Have they given permission for VST Connect Performer to access the camera?

FWIW - works here from PC/MAC (catalina) so it’s likely to be something specific to your setup.

Can the performer see his own video on the performer app ?
