I don’t know if this requires a separate thread. When I attempted to record with the audio being run by a timecode sync even with a plugin such as TXL20, the same exact offset problem between recording and playback occurred. This is not isolated to attached videos, but also apparently applies to externally synchronized DAWs. I have not tested SMPTE directly to hardware, but TXL plugins using Artnet driving Logic, Cubase, etc. sync use a SMPTE signal, producing the same issue.
