Hi,
C9 on W10. Having trouble with video playback. I can open them in QT (7.7.9) but can’t see them in C9.
In Device Setup “Onscreen Window” shows to be active. In the Pool all seems ok, Type equals MPEG 4 (I’ve tried also with a QuickTime wersion).
It imports and plays-back the audio, but the Video player screen just stays black. 
Can anyone help?
