Video Thumbnails won't Generate

Hi

Its not an important thing but the visual reference of the thumbnails is very helpful navigating the project and since 8.3 I can’t get them to generate.
I have tried several different codecs and none work. Playback is fine though.

Is it just my system or is it a N8.3 issue.

I was afraid that might be the case and I would have to do a lot of problem solving to get it to work again.
are you on windows 10 1809 or still 1803?

I had to reinstall N8.3 and then install DNxL plug in version 2, I had the old plug in that worked correctly on N8.2.
